I couldn’t help notice this sign on Grand Ave about 1/2 block from Billings Senior High. This is a really good location I suppose for those in high school, both students and teachers and staff I suppose, who suffer from various incurable painful diseases.

Then I saw the op-ed in today’s Billings Gazette with the excellent cartoon accompanying.
