This is a blog dedicated to the greatest city in Montana and all of Yellowstone County. Some would say the only city in Montana but I’m not one of them.

I moved to Billings in 1974 and after spending six years of my dissolute youth traveling the world while riding a submarine in the U.S. Navy, having lived on both coasts, the South and Midwest of the United States and traveled across Europe I made the very deliberate decision to return and live in Billings.

I’ll be the first to admit that Billings may not be perfect but it IS the best city in the best county in the best state in the greatest country in the world. A little jingoism never hurts. Does it?
