Cabela’s and Railroads 0

The City Council had a busy night last night working to get the Cabela’s project on track while more money was allocated to the proposed downtown railroad “quiet zone.” Working next to the tracks downtown I can attest to the occasional annoyance of the engine horns but I’m not sure if $1.5 million is the best use of the City’s funds.
