			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have added a <a href="http://www.billingsfreepress.com/media/">media page</a> which I have gathered together the newspapers, radio and television stations in the Billings area. </p>
<p>The Billings Fox and ABC affiliates don&#8217;t produce local news shows so I guess they figure they don&#8217;t need to have a web presence. Both stations did produce newscasts for a while but the production values were comparable to second year communications majors. </p>
<p>If any of you have watched university television productions you know what I mean. If you haven&#8217;t watched college television stations this video is a great example of what I&#8217;m talking about.<br />
